Varsity/JV Girls Basketball vs. Norwalk

The varsity girls basketball played a strong first half but couldn't sustain it and lost to Norwalk last night 47 to 34. Molly Houser paced the attack with 11 points, while Ashley Sneider tallied 6 points and Hannah Vitaz chipped in 5 points and hauled down 9 rebounds.

 

The junior varsity girls improved their record to 11 and 7 with a hard fought 36 to 30 victory over Norwalk. Deana Blatnik led the way with a "double-double" recording 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Sydney Schuster added 10 points and 5 rebounds and Emma Houser tossed in 9 points. Jayla Medina dished out 4 assists.

 

The Lady Charger basketball teams are back in action Friday night when they host Port Clinton at 6:00. Hope to see you courtside.
