JV Boys Soccer vs. Lake

The boys JV soccer team lost 3-0 to Lake on Saturday night. They look to bounce back in their season finale on Tuesday.

 

Boys Cross Country - New London Invitational

The boys and girls cross country teams were very successful this past weekend at the Dan Olien Cross Country Invitational at New London High School. Both the boys and the girls’ teams won championships in their respective races and also had the individual race champions. The boys beat state ranked New London by a score of 22 to 51 and were led by Daniel Lambert’s overall first place finish.  Following Daniel across the finish line was Ty Coon in second, Gavin Schaeffer 5th, Jon Hrivnak 6th and Brandon Romell 8th. The teams next meet is Saturday October 14th in Tiffin where both the boys and the girls will be defending there SBC championships.

 

Girls Cross Country - New London Invitational

The boys and girls cross country teams were very successful this past weekend at the Dan Olien Cross Country Invitational at New London High School. Both the boys and the girls’ teams won championships in their respective races and also had the individual race champions. The girls easily defeated runner-up Canal Fulton Northwest by a score of 32 to 44. Leading the way for the girls was freshman Abby Lesniak who was the overall champion. Also scoring for the girls was Carlie Shover in third, Isabel Chasney 6th, Grace Kromer 8th and Aliyah Caporini 14th. The teams next meet is Saturday October 14th in Tiffin where both the boys and the girls will be defending there SBC championships.

 

Varsity/JV/9th Volleyball vs. Port Clinton

The varsity volleyball team beat Port Clinton 25-21, 25-4, 25-12.  Jessica Stoll had 13 kills and Melissa Kuhl had 6 kills to lead the offense.  Natalie Lambert and Macy Stower served 10 points each, while Kami Neuberger and Jordyn Mitnik each served 8 points. The JV volleyball team beat Port Clinton in 2 games.  Halina Krul led the team in serving with 10 points.  The Freshmen volleyball team also beat the Redskins.  Mallory Perkins and Deana Blatnik were the leading scorers.
