At 5:00 today, JV and varsity volleyball will be at home with Willard, also at 5:00, JV boys’ soccer will be at Ontario.

The girls’ tennis team wrapped up the season with a 5-0 win against Oak Harbor on Monday night. Winning at singles were Mariah Medina, Jayla Medina and Emily Vogus. Winning at doubles were the teams of Lexi Weyer/Kaylee Ries and Madisyn Frederick/Kassidy Burdue. The team ends the season with the most wins in a season and in the conference with a record of 14-4 and a second place finish in the conference. Nice job ladies!

The Edison Girls Soccer team got a road trip win over Clyde with a score of 4 to 2 on Monday night. Savanna Smith led the scoring with a Hat Trick performance getting 3 goals alone. All the scoring was a result of some great team play with assists coming from Natalie White, Alleigh Shreve, and Hanna Ceja. The Lady Chargers will be back in action on Wednesday with another away match against Upper Sandusky.

The boys’ varsity soccer team topped Clyde last night 1-0. Nick Lombardi scored off a Tyler Sayler assist. The boys’ varsity soccer team will play at Huron on Wednesday at 5PM. They will be going after their first ever SBC title with a win. We encourage everyone to come out to Huron and support the boys as they chase their first league title.

Edison Teen Leadership Corps will again be collecting socks from October 12 through October 20th.  Boxes have been place around town, and other schools.  Our goal is to collect 4000 pairs of socks.  All of the socks will then be donated to the Boys and Girls Club, Care and Share and the Miriam House in Norwalk. Help TLC sock it to poverty!
