Happy Birthday today and this weekend to Bryan Johnston and Jamie Anderson!


At 4:45 today, varsity baseball and softball teams will be at home with Margaretta and the junior varsity baseball and softball teams will be at Margaretta. Also at 4:00, the boys tennis team will be at the Port Clinton doubles tournament. Tomorrow at 10:00 the boys and girls track teams will be at the Huron Invitational. The varsity baseball team will host Shelby in a double- header starting at 11, while the junior varsity team will be at Shelby for a doubleheader starting at 11. Good luck to all our teams!


Attention all seniors: pictures are due!  Group pictures, senior and baby pictures should be turned into Mr. Neher by April 28th!


Attention Key Club members: We will have a mandatory meeting on Monday April 24th at 7:30 in the auditorium important information will be handed out.

Attention Spanish Club members: clothing order forms are now available either from Profesora, Profe or the library.  Orders must be turned in with payment no later than April 26th


Today is the very last day to get your tickets for Prom 2017!  You may purchase your tickets now, during lunch or after school.  All tickets must be paid in full!  Today is it!  There will be no tickets sold after 3:25 today! 


Do you have a favorite teacher who’s made an impact on your life?  Each year the Milan Rotary Club of Milan honors 3 outstanding teachers with the Golden Apple Award.  Your choice of teacher maybe from the elementary, middle or high school.  Stop by the library or ask your English teacher for an application.  Forms must be returned no later than Monday April 24th!


Students - remember to order your 2017 yearbook.  The price is $58.  You can order books from Mrs. Dow in Room 101 or order online at www.jostensyearbooks.com  The deadline to order is May 19, 2017.  Check out the signs and cover display posted near the library.


Are you looking for summer work close to home with the possibility of bonuses at the end of the summer? Schlessman Seed Company in Milan is looking for high school students with great work ethics to work for them this summer.  A representative from Schlessman Seed will be here on Wednesday, April 26 to meet with interested students in the Conference Room - Room 408 at 7:45 am to answer any questions and provide basic information about what the summer job will entail.


Attention Drama Club members:  We still need workers for our service project Saturday when we will be putting in a community garden in Milan. Information is posted on the call board.  Please sign up, bring gloves and a garden rake or shovel if you have one.  The garden is located south of Milan on Routs 601 past the elementary school and near the rest home.


Today is also the last day for Thespians interested in running for office to submit their applications and for Senior Thespians to check the information on the call board that will be printed in the program for Senior Awards Night.


Sports Force Parks in Sandusky is looking for volunteers to help with a T-ball league for individuals with disabilities.  Mrs. Brown has additional information regarding the dates and times of the league if you are interested in volunteering, or you may pick up a flier in the library.


The Sandusky library is hosting a free "Getting Your Child Ready for College" seminar on April 26th at 6:00pm.  Visit their website for more information on this presentation.


Attention Big Brother and Big Sister Volunteers:  any student wishing to attend the appreciation breakfast on Friday, May 12th must complete a field trip form. Field trip forms are in the office. Completed forms must be returned by Wednesday, May 3rd.


Attention seniors, if you want to be included on the senior wall, please make sure you have added your college choice and major on the clip board in the library.


Attention any boy interested in playing football next year... there will be a signup sheet in the lunch room and in Coach Hall's room today.  If you plan on being a part of next year’s football team, be sure to sign up.  Information regarding our annual cornhole tournament will be available when you sign up.


Looking for a summer job?  Chili’s in Sandusky is looking to hire cooks, bussers and hostess jobs.  Stop by and apply!


All senior athletes that will be playing sports in college next year - please stop into the athletic office and pick up a form for the sports program.


Any junior girl who missed the meeting this morning and is interested in purchasing a senior shirt please see, Ella, Shea or Madisyn.  Order forms will be available next week in the library.


Congratulations to the 31 new National Honor Society members that were inducted during last night's ceremony.
