Edison High School is selling presale tickets for the Boys Regional Basketball game at Bowling Green State University vs. Marion Local tonight, at 6:15 pm. Presale tickets are $7 while all tickets at the game will be $8. Tickets will be sold Tuesday during school hours and also 6-7pm. Wednesday hours will be 7am-noon. – Students, family & friends – tonight’s game is a BLUE out!
Congratulations to Brady Barnett for winning the state championship at 138 pounds this past weekend in Columbus. Brady finishes his career with 212 wins which ranks him 2nd in Edison Wrestling history. He also tied the season record for wins with 59.
Also congratulations to Dylan Burns for finishing 4th, Alex Neuberger 5th, Sam Stoll 7th, and Ray Adams 7th. The team finished in 5th place with 71 points.
The Mavericks Robotics Team 2252 out of Ehove Career Center were the Finalists this past weekend at the Miami Valley Regional competition in Springfield Ohio. They have qualified to go to the FRC World Robotics competition in St. Louis MO at the end of April! Congratulations, Nash Lindner, team captain! Attention all students: Edison High School all music talent show applications are now available from the music teachers for you to participate in this year's show. Turn in your talent show applications to Mrs. Reilly as soon as possible before Wednesday.
Attention The Turtle That Had a Shell, we will rehearse Thursday at 3:00 and perform Friday afternoon for the elementary.
Any senior who has misplaced their volunteer paper, college visit paper or job shadowing paper; there are extra copies on the counter in the library. Remember you will need this paper filled out on next Tuesday, March 21st.
Attention Edison Lite prop and publicity crew members, please report your crew hours by the end of the week. Forms are available on the call board.
Students are reminded that the CCP Intent to Participate forms are due to Mrs. Brown by April 1st. Extra forms are available outside of the Guidance office.
The Findlay CCP meeting has been moved to Friday morning at 7:50am.
The apprenticeship lunch and learn will be rescheduled based on the snow day. We will keep the same list of students for the new date.
Buckeye GIRLS state participants will have a short meeting during homeroom on Thursday morning in the conference room. It will not last more than 10 minutes.
The ACT Boot Camp that was scheduled for tonight, is cancelled due to the regional basketball game. We will have one final combined session on Thursday from 6:00 – 9:00. Students should meet in Mrs. Wensink’s room at 6:00 on Thursday for the combined science and math session.
A reminder that there will be a combined practice for concert choir today during 2nd period. 3rd period choir students should come to the auditorium 2nd period.
